About Us

We didn't grow up in church; we grew up in brokenness.

Our early years were shaped by occasional abuse, rampant instability, and the ache of unanswered questions. As we stepped into adulthood, we carried pain we couldn't explain and a longing for healing we didn't know how to find.

Then everything changed.

As adults, we encountered the life-giving grace found only in God. What began as a desperate search for hope became a new beginning for us, individually and as a couple. Through God's love, we discovered not only forgiveness and healing but also a pathway to lifelong purpose and meaning. Over time, God began to restore what had been fractured, and our lives began to take shape around His truth rather than our pain.

After nearly four decades of marriage, we've seen firsthand how the presence of Jesus transforms hearts, strengthens relationships, and brings light into even the darkest places. His grace has been steady. His healing has been real.

Today, we write from a place of gratitude and joy. Through Ephesians 521 Ministries, we're here to share the kind of encouragement we wish we’d had years ago. Whether you're navigating past trauma, rebuilding your faith, or simply seeking hope that lasts, we want you to know you're not alone.

Our calling is simple - to help others experience the restoration God has so generously given us. We write about real struggles and real healing because we believe in a real Savior who still restores lives.

So, walk with us. Healing is possible, and hope is alive.

We exist to encourage growth, faith, and purpose through Christ-centered resources, prayer, and community. Everything we create is designed to support, guide, and strengthen you wherever you are on your journey.
